This PR should include memory_cgrp_id for enum cgroup_subsys_id in the vmlinux.h for x86_64 as it's a blocker for #240

Gotcha. I don't know why it's not being included, CONFIG_MEMCG is enabled in the defconfig, as well as all cgroup types. I need to investigate.

Also, ensure that all cgroup types are enabled, to keep the
`enum cgroup_subsys_id` complete.

@banditopazzo memory_cgrp_id is present in all headers now
