What we introduce in this PR:
ArgoFloat.open_product()method.DataFetcher(product='argovis')option product that by pass thesrcoption when specified.argovisdata source as a 3rd-party product. It is no longer a valid value for thesrcglobal option and DataFetcher argumentsrceither. We do this with a deprecation cycle, so that the change is not breaking code but only raising warning at this point.
