Change agents to run as seperate child processes

Agents are now child processes and access the main control through the process messaging functionality

hmmm, in last commit seem to have broken something - whn I try to get it to answer a question that requires a web search it just hangs on

Fixed. I needed to change the object shape for the message being passed form the actionHandler to match the new format for the process/bus comms. Working now
