webpack build system added with support for scss

  • static files split into /src and /dist directories.
  • A number of webpack and typescript config files have been added to the root directory as well, let me know if they need to be moved elsewhere.
  • webpack dev server added with hot reload for frontend dev
  • assets being duplicated over into dist folder, optimization needed there.
  • 'luminous-lightbox' static files removed and managed through yarn/npm
  • targeting ES6
