When this milestone is complete, op-acceptor will run alongside each deployed alpha-/betanet, continuously running acceptance tests against it.

Deliverables:

• A dedicated op-acceptor deployed within/alongside each persistent devnet
• The ability to see a history of the test results via the existing grafana dashboard (by virtue of the tests running multiple times over the course of the devnet lifespan)
