Fixes and improvements to the 'Edit Proxied Message' feature.

Fix missing edit context menu button that disappeared a while ago. Closes #77.
New pencil icon for 'edit proxied message'
Hide the 'edit proxied message' button if the current user didn't send the message.
Include proxied messages when using the edit last message keybind (pressing the up arrow while in empty chatbox)
