Pluralchum v2.10.0

Features:

• Popouts now show the roles of the base account
• The message button in the upper right hand corner of the user profile modal now works and jumps to DM's with the base account.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed issue with building project
• The popout bio now has a scroll bar instead of truncating
• 'Delete Cache' button styling fixed (hopefully for good this time?)

Minor license change:
The copyright notice on the MIT license now includes all contributors.
