…xed_base_score refactor: revamp agent scoring system and introduce perf labels - Remove all legacy `mult` labels. - Introduce new performance-specific labels (`perf:xl`, `perf:l`, `perf:m`, `perf:s`, `perf:xs`) exclusively for agent performance improvements. - Set a fixed base score of 1. - Set the multiplier for all other contributions (`mult:contribution`) to 0.05. Testing: - Validated via real-world benchmarking across 2 public and 5 private repositories.
