Redesign repositories page table

Summary

• simplify repositories page to a single sortable table display
• add compact social link icons after repository names
• add repo-focused columns for issues, active miners, eligible miners, last activity, and median review time
• remove cards, search, chart, row paging, label multipliers, and PR-state donut column
