repo to process documents from collection 58705

unlike the other emt-collections in the collection 58705 the document structure does not align with the actual letters, meaning a lot of letters form a single collection. hence the default workflow as applied int emt-transkribus-out repo does not work...

• trans_out -> holds manually exported TEI documents (2023-01-03)
• gesamtliste_enriched.csv -> manually downloaded Excel-Doc

reproduce:

• create manual transkribus TEI export and copy TEIs into trans_out
• run python scripts/create_templates.py to create proper XML/TEIs
