Media Walet: Network Error while activating Pass from Bundle.

When Activating Pass from Bundle in Deep Link App, for AQP, One Love, user gets “network error”

The flow is Deeplink App  > Select AQP Link > Launch Bundle > Activate Pass  -- Leads to Network Error

For LOTR and  Flash the flow is
Deeplink App > The Flash > Launch Bundle  -- Bundle launches successfully (There is not Activate Pass step)

The above issue need a fix in the backend. Issues opened: https://github.com/qluvio/elv-master/issues/1135

Applied temporary fix: 57fb23c
increase page limit to 100. This slows down initial load for accounts with a lot of nfts, but avoids this bug on our demo accounts without changes to the BE, or risky changes on the client (like implementing #4).
Leaving open so we fix this the "right" way, so even accounts with hundreds of nfts will still work
