Understanding Inbound Configurations

What are Inbound Configs?

Inbound Configs are expanded versions of your basic inbounds that allow you to create multiple connection points with different settings for each location. Think of them as customized access points that give you more flexibility in how you connect to your VPN services.

Key Benefits

1. Multiple Connection Options

  • Use different ports for the same service
  • Connect through various domains
  • Choose different security settings
  • Access the same service through multiple locations

2. Location Flexibility

  • Connect through different entry points in the same zone
  • Switch between multiple servers seamlessly
  • Choose the best connection for your needs
  • Backup options if one connection is slow

3. Customized Access

  • Different security levels for different needs
  • Various network protocols
  • Custom paths and SNI settings
  • Specialized configurations for specific uses
