Did not run the all benchmark as that is blocked currently by elixir-sqlite/exqlite#129

Can we adjust the benchmark to allow me to just run only the sqlite part? I don't really want to spin up postgres or mysql in docker while I play with performance stuff.

Looks pretty difficult to do that now that I look at it. I'll just spin up some containers
