This PR updates Opbeans-DotNet to .NET6.
I removed the docker related files from this repo as they are not used in integration tests and according to my knowledge we don't use those anywhere.
Other dockerfiles that use this repo may need to be updated - we need to make sure dockerfiles contain .NET6 (and not only the old .NET Core 3.1 that the app targeted prior to this PR).
