Comparto mi rama con todos los cambios realizados, para hacer funcional la aplicación solicitada.
Se han completado TODOS los ítems:
-Catálogo de Cooperantes (CRUD Completo)
-Catálogo de Proyectos (CRUD Completo)
-Pantalla de creación de asignación de proyectos, utilizando los catálogos y nuevos campos
-Reporte y búsqueda por cooperante
Valor agregado:
Se incluyó la opción de modificación de asignación de proyectos.
Se agregó plantilla, menú superior, mensajes de información y error
Se utilizó Bootstrap para estilo moderno
Se utilizó Jquery para eventos
Se utilizó ORM Eloquent, etc.
