As part of my IT Project Management course, I worked in a team to develop a comprehensive IT risk assessment and management plan for a simulated client: Nittany Lion National Bank. Over the course of the semester, we completed structured sprints to plan, document, and refine our project deliverables.
We utilized Microsoft Project to manage our timeline and Gantt charts, and collaborated through Microsoft Teams, Word, and OneDrive to maintain shared documentation and real-time updates. For our final presentation, we demonstrated how to use the custom risk assessment tool we designed, which helps stakeholders evaluate and prioritize IT risks across the organization.
