Created a basic dockerfile to start
Updated dockerfile with more functionality
Created a docker compose that can run the app
The image and the run commands were corrected.
A new backend and frontend dockerfiles were added. The docker-compose was updated.
Ports have been updated to 9000 for the backend.

A dockerfile and a docker-compose file was added. The docker file builds and runs application. The docker-compose file runs the application as well.
