💡 The "Why"

What problem does this solve?
Currently, new users are dropped into the dashboard with a "blank slate" problem. They may not understand how to trigger the first workflow, connect their tools, or what the "Universal Agent" is capable of. This feature reduces friction and ensures every user reaches their first "Aha!" moment (a successful agentic action).

📋 The "What"

Describe the proposed solution.
An interactive, multi-step walkthrough that guides the user through the creation and execution of their first workflow.

1. Welcome Overlay: A brief greeting and explanation of Echo's capabilities.
2. Integration Check: Prompt the user to verify at least one connection (e.g., Google or GitHub via Composio).
3. Template Selection: Offer a "Starter Template" (e.g., "Summarize my last 3 unread emails and draft a reply").
4. Execution Highlight: Visually highlight the "Run" button and the subsequent "Aurora" takeover state.
5. Context Review: Guide the user to the "Attached Context" sidebar to see how the agent synthesized the data.

✅ Definition of Done

• State-Awareness: The tour only triggers for users with 0 previous workflow executions.
• Step Persistence: Users can "Skip" or "Pause" the tour and resume later.
• Success Metric: Integration with Langfuse to track how many users complete the "Get Started" flow vs. drop off.
• Visual Cues: High-contrast tooltips and "spotlight" effects on specific UI elements (Run button, Sidebar).

🎨 Design/Assets

• Look at Linear or Raycast's onboarding for inspiration on clean, keyboard-centric walkthroughs.
• Use the Lavender/Cyan palette for the spotlight borders and tooltips to maintain brand consistency.
