feat: BONK redesign polish 2

Overview

• The changes made are purely stylistic and aesthetic changes and the overall functionality of the app should not be affected, addressing the accessibility concerns

Changes

• Added different shades for both light mode and dark mode (this makes several inputs and null/interactive button states to be clearer compared to the previous version that conflicted)
• Dynamically adjusting the max-width for the /trade page to allow it to have more space (every other page remains the same)
• Updated the gradient background to go from top to bottom instead of it being middle out
• Updated the header in terms of colors and hover/active states, since the top to bottom gradient now serves as its new background
