jQuery free version

We all loved jQuery when we started developing for the web, but modern browsers have incorporated all of its innovations into built-in language structures. So now all the pieces of the bililiteRange project do not use jQuery (except for the obvious jquery.sendkeys.js, which depends on bililiteRange rather than the other way around).
