As per https://app.asana.com/0/1204023833050360/1208198292991183/f, it was discovered that there may be a UI bug in the new tab page on macOS where trackers loaded through nested iframes are not counted in the total tracker count on the new tab page. I don't think this is a concern that the trackers aren't blocked, since the privacy dashboard correctly updates.
