To fix validation we stript tei:sp elements that wrap only tei:stage (and tei:pb) elements while still including the children.
We don't support those in the DraCor schema.

In a first attempt to reduce the number of validation errors, this PR modifies the XSLT to
fwelements which we don't support in DraCorspjust to wrap stage directions
