To fix validation we stript tei:sp elements that wrap only tei:stage (and tei:pb) elements while still including the children.

Some source documents occasionally wrap
<stage>elements into a separate<sp>element without any actual lines of speech, which is invalid in current TEI. This PR modifies the XSLT to strip those wrapper<sp>elements leaving only the stage directions.
