I was following this doc https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/azure/migration/appmod/quickstart?toc=%2Fazure%2Fdeveloper%2Fgithub-copilot-app-modernization%2Ftoc.json&bc=%2Fazure%2Fdeveloper%2Fgithub-copilot-app-modernization%2Fbreadcrumb%2Ftoc.json, is it best practice to not include the installation step in all these quickstart docs?
