fix: sample id split pattern sample sheet generation

Description

When trying to create a new run of a health omics workflow using a custom sample id split pattern the samplesheet generation did not worked as expected and the csv file was not automatically generated. Updated sample id processing and payload sent to lambda function to create sample sheet correctly.
