Description

Fixes several issues in the pan-os-check-dynamic-updates-status command:

1. Handles a scenario where the user runs the command from a Panorama instance without specifying a target argument.
2. Handles a scenario where the checked Firewall doesn't contain any installations on it (instead of failing, we wrapped it with a suitable message).
3. Handles an error message which received when there is no GP license on the Firewall.
