This game is based on the classic two player game, Tic-Tac-Toe.
Player one can choose to play against computer or a second player, as well as choose to use either 'X' or 'O' marker. Computer player will compare spaces available and choose the best possible move. The user can restart the game by pressing restart during the game or after the game has ended.
