Added $EXTERNALSYM code for C++Builder compatibility. For example:
OSVERSIONINFOEXA = _OSVERSIONINFOEXA;
{$EXTERNALSYM OSVERSIONINFOEXA}
Without this, C++Builder sees OSVERSIONINFOEXA as a redefinition of OSVERSIONINFOEXA in winnt.h.
