• Avoids the "switch back to main udata in CI" PRs (fix: udata branch in CI #1131, fix: switch back to main udata in CI #1271, fix: switch back to main udata in CI #1278): the udata ref no longer lives in ci.yml, so it can't land on main.
• The E2E job checks out the first udata PR linked in the PR description (opendatateam/udata/pull/N) that is still open, main otherwise. Following links point to merged PRs, so they fall back to main on their own.
• To ignore a udata PR you only mention, write it as opendatateam/udata#N.
• After editing the description, re-run the jobs (or push an empty commit): the description is fetched at run time.

Can you try with an open udata PR in the description ? I'm not finding quality information about the scope of the token outside of the current organization
