The changes you made don't seem to make a lot of sense. This document describes installing the CLI. Why is this an improvement to change all the text to updating it instead, remove references to Dapr in favor of the generic "platform" and add incorrect commands?

@mccoylstevens - The only thing that I can see as a useful addition here is the added installation guidance on Homebrew. The rest of this is not a useful change. Please explain any reasoning.
