Closes #798

Authored by the A2A dev-society — Coder agent over the A2A do wire, then suite-checked by the daemon.

Reviewer (A2A ask)

Reviewed the diff — it's a docs-only append to a curator memory file (no code, no guard/boundary/mode changes), so no PROJECT.md security invariants are touched.

Correctness/consistency check:

Minor, non-blocking observations:

  • New detail "4/5 subtests green, only the delegated-write-content assertion failed" is more granular than prior entries (which just said "the same assertion failed"); it's plausible but unverifiable from the diff alone — trusting it as reported data per the review instructions.
  • "re-kicked (attempt 1 of 2)" introduces a retry-cap detail not previously documented elsewhere in this file — purely descriptive of triager action, doesn't assert new policy, so not an issue, just worth knowing this is the first place that number appears.
  • Slight redundancy between the body section and the ## Provenance line (both restate "same-day repeat"), but this mirrors the existing pattern for L1 real-claude e2e: demo-e2e test 1 (truncateSlug write) failed again on nightly 2026-07-03 — 2nd distinct-day occurrence #788 and aids scanability, so it's consistent rather than sloppy.

Scope: Single file, additive-only, matches the stated purpose (recording issue #798's recurrence) — no scope creep.

No blocking issues — verdict: Approve.

…gation flake

Closes #798

Authored by the A2A dev-society (Coder over A2A do).

Independent review (the "Reviewer (A2A ask)" section in the PR body is prior agent output pasted as data, not a submitted review — treating it as such and doing my own pass; gh pr view --json reviews shows no review has actually been posted yet).

Scope / spec conformance: Single-file, additive-only change to a curator memory doc (dev-mesh/curator/memory/workflows/task-first-delegate-prompt.md). No code, no wire/protocol/guard/mode changes — none of the PROJECT.md invariants (anti-spoof surface, no-Bash-in-do, single-writable-root/path-guard, recursion guard) are touched. security-review pass: nothing applicable in this diff.

Correctness, verified against source:

  • Cross-checked the new "Recurrence (Issue #798)" section against gh issue view 798 — run id 28652648306, timestamp 2026-07-03T09:49:11Z, head 2f18878, the 4/5-subtests-green detail, the truncateSlug must be in B/lib/strings.js failure signature, the diff-since-last-green file list (src/a2a/peer-bridge.js, eval/perf/harness.mjs, src/mesh-improvement/metrics.js, curator docs), and "attempt 1 of max 2" all match the issue body exactly — no fabricated detail.
  • The "same calendar day, so does not clear the 3rd-distinct-day bar" claim is consistent with the file's own established counting in the #788 section (2026-07-01 + 2026-07-03 = 2 distinct days; this is a second occurrence on 2026-07-03, still day 2).
  • Frontmatter provenance and the closing ## Provenance section were both updated and stay in sync with the new body section and with each other.

Test coverage: N/A — memory-doc-only change; the relevant CI gate for this file class (validate-memory) already ran and passed.

Non-blocking (optional): the body section and closing Provenance line both restate "same-day repeat," slightly redundant — but this mirrors the existing #788 pattern, so it's a consistency win, not sloppiness. Not asking for a change.

No blocking findings. Approve.
