This tweaks the Dracor XSLT with some adjustments to the current schema.

@cmil, thank you for the revisions. However, the empty sex and role attributes were created to remind the encoder to add the respective value. I would at least keep the empty sex attributes.

Empty sex attributes trigger a validation error and my goal was to make created TEI documents as valid as possible to avoid validation fatigue. It should be easy to add those attributes when using Oxygen. A reminder in the guidelines may help. We could also consider adding a schematron warning when sex attributes are missing.

@cmil, I think that would be a good solution. Maybe the warning should rather say that either sex or gender attributes should be added, to be more inclusive, if possible.
