Created a new branch; new-mask at checkout 6721c8f; edited the file mask.pbm in branch new-mask; got back to fix-inverted-mask branch; tried merging two branches but conflict ocurred in file mask.pbm; removed conflicts; finally merged and pushed it to github repo.
