Players with identical names

Some players have identical names. In a few cases they can be distinguished by their origin, but in some cases we have no way to distinguish them at the moment. I think we should collect those names in case we ever find a source that helps us sort them out.

Currently known

• Yuki Murakami / Yuuki Murakami (JPN) also Yuu Murakami (changed that to Yuuki)

Players that can be distinguished by nationality

• Pedro Carvalho (BRA / PRT)
• Martin Müller (DEU / DNK)
• Daniel Gardner (USA / DEU)

This is not really an action topic. I collected a bunch of cases where it is unclear if they refer to the same person, but I put them in a local text file, which is probably fine as long as I am the only one doing these kinds of edits.
