Per event nationality

I am currently working on National Team competitions of the old Worlds. In this context it came up again that several players have played for multiple countries. Usually we wouldn't really need to care, but here it is different. I decided to add National Teams the way Andy originally did it with team Pro Tours aka the teams are only acknowledged by their team members having the same placement.

This is fine for national teams, but I think clarity will suffer regardless when players with different assigned nationalities play for the same team. It's not a huge issue, but it is relatively easy to solve, too.

Once the events are online I would take a look at the individual events, identify where team members do not have the same nationality and then give the identified players a 'nationality' within the event file. The idea is that this variable would override the normal nationality in the event view.

Sure, we could have a per-event nationality pretty easily.
