First version of the "Get Started" wizard (see issue #18).
Adds a modal dialog with 3 initial cards (genes, enrichment, network):
The genes wizard has 2 steps:
The results of the genes wizard is a full-screen dialog with: info cards for the input genes; a GeneMANIA card with a preview network and links to the GeneMANIA web app:
The other wizards (enrichment, network) simply show an info panel with a figure and a simple description of the suggested web app--the submit button reads "Go to
[[ APP ]]" and opens a new tab:
