This branch updates to version 5 with the following - breaking - changes

Fully move to jakarta.servlet namespace
Change JSON parser to com.google.gson
Update some dependent libraries
Generate OSGi capable META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
Fix some build warnings

It is NOT meant as a final PR, but as a "Show me the Code - Discussion PR"
