The get_grid_x and get_grid_y functions aren't working in grpc4bmi, so I saved the x and y coordinates for this example from pymt.

This PR adds a Python script and a Jupyter notebook that show how to run the containerized CHILD model through the grpc4bmi Python client, as well as a GitHub Actions workflow to check these examples on a push.
