Older versions depend on the deprecated ethereum-* libraries instead of the newer eth-*, which cause a deprecation notice.
Manticore 0.3.6 causes issues when running etheno, see issue crytic#80 for the details.

This commit in an upcoming merge will pin the Manticore will no longer be supported as part of the etheno core so no need to pin |

This pins the following dependencies:
web3>=3.16.4: earlier versions depend onethereum-*instead ofeth-*. This causes etheno to fail with a deprecation notice.manticore>=0.2.2,<0.3.6. Manticore 0.3.6 suffers from ImportError (cannot import name 'register_log_callback') when running quickstart example #80rlp<3to avoid installing an incompatible version of rlp when using manticore.
