This PR improves the accessibility and UX of the GoalsList and TaskCard components.

Changes:

  • Accessibility: Added descriptive aria-label attributes to icon-only buttons (Edit, Delete, More Options) to support screen readers.
  • Keyboard Navigation: Added group-focus-within:opacity-100 to the action button containers. Previously, these buttons were only visible on hover (group-hover:opacity-100), making them invisible to keyboard-only users tabbing through the interface. Now, they appear when focused.
  • Tooltips: Added title attributes to these buttons as a lightweight tooltip mechanism.

Verification:

  • Verified code changes statically.
  • pnpm build passed successfully.
  • pnpm lint failed due to pre-existing environment configuration issues (missing eslint package).
  • pnpm test failed due to pre-existing backend/environment issues, but build confirmed no syntax errors in modified files.
  • Frontend verification via Playwright was attempted but blocked by local environment configuration issues (Vite dependency resolution).

No new dependencies were added. Existing pnpm-lock.yaml was preserved.

- Add `aria-label` and `title` to icon-only buttons in `GoalsList.tsx` (edit, delete) and `TaskCard.tsx` (edit, delete, menu).
- Add `group-focus-within:opacity-100` to actions containers to ensure buttons are visible when focused via keyboard navigation.
- Add journal entry to `.Jules/palette.md` regarding keyboard accessibility for hover-revealed actions.
