Update testnet PoD v2.4 remount addresses

Summary

• Sync Sepolia, Fuji, and COTI testnet chain constants to PoD inbox v2.4 remount addresses from deployConfig.testnet.yaml.
• Update Privacy Portal factories, p.* tokens, portal pairs, MTT underlyings, and price oracles on Sepolia/Fuji (plus COTI testnet oracle).
• Point shared POD_INBOX_ADDRESS at the remounted inbox used across chains.
• Sepolia p.MTT reuses the faucet/mock underlying 0xd3f5c63f4D87D2235b295FbA83351d31d0eD1BeE (Ownable; demo wallet is not the MTT owner — fund via transfer or reduce ERC7984_DEPOSIT_AMOUNT).

• Confirm addresses in sepolia.ts, avalancheFuji.ts, coti.ts, and podInbox.ts match pod-ecosystem-integration/deployConfig.testnet.yaml.
• Smoke: connect wallet on Sepolia/Fuji and load Privacy Portal / pToken balances against remounted contracts.
• Smoke: fee estimation / transfer flows still resolve the remounted inbox and oracles.
• Run existing unit tests for chain config / pod fees if present.
• Live Sepolia p.MTT deposit → transfer → withdraw e2e (see above).
