feat: add safrochain-1 mainnet

• Adds Safrochain mainnet (safrochain-1) to Cosmostation chainlist for Mintscan and Cosmostation Wallet support
• Includes param_2.json, assets_2.json, and logo assets under chain/safrochain/

Notes

• Flat PNG assets (192×192) are included; source SVGs are available if the team prefers 3D brand-kit exports from the Cosmostation Figma template
• origin_genesis_time will be updated to the actual mainnet genesis time at launch if needed
• Mintscan page https://www.mintscan.io/safrochain expected after merge

Test plan

• Confirm LCD and gRPC endpoints are reachable from the public internet
• Verify chain_id_cosmos matches on-chain /status network field
• Confirm bech32 prefixes match live chain (addr_safro, addr_safrovaloper)
• Verify PNG assets load at the URLs referenced in param_2.json and assets_2.json
• Test chain appears in Cosmostation Wallet after merge
