Change display of some fields in coaching screening UI

If some helper registers with all of the following properties, i.e. …

• for project coaching only and …
• as a Jufo alumni and …
• as an officially registered university student
  the screening interface should not show "Status Jugend forscht: wird überprüft" and "Hat ein Jufo-Zertifikat: Nein" in the current way.

Instead of "Wird überprüft" and "Nein" we can just show a hyphen ("-"), "irrelevant", "Don’t care" or grey those fields out. We should try out what looks acceptable... We can even hide them.

Reason:
The status of their verification with Jugend forscht does not matter as long as someone is a student and can be screened this way. Similar if a coach is an officially registered university student, one does not need a jufo certificate in their screening interview. Thus those field contain misleading information if the state "Wird überprüft" or "Nein".
