#72 does a better implementation based on @zfliex924 suggestion, as this one was skipping all system contracts by address, while #72 skips only the actual system transactions. As such, after reviewing and accepting #72 we can close this one. |

The Rev+ is not happening for system contracts in Satoshi.
This PR remove handling of this logic for tracers
