There are Pyinstaller binaries available for Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux (built under Ubuntu 15.04) at http://3dct.semper.space/ and here on Github.

Side note: All pyinstaller releases have two binaries: a regular and a debug binary. The debug version also runs a terminal/console showing debug information. Since the Mac version comes as a one file ".app" application, for debugging please download "3D.Correlation.Toolbox.MAC.2.0.3_dir-debug.zip"
