Next step todos:

  • We need to ask about / get the right paths for libfabric (and others)
  • Continue testing with a hetchy node
  • Update the entrypoint main.go to receive the device names (e.g., hsi) along with root path (the /sys/modules path) as start params.

cc @jameshcorbett @milroy I'll put this link into our hackathon for next time, and ask about the first bullet in mattermost.

feat: restructure into manager with config

I reorganized the code so there is a Manager for devices, and the manager
owns a configuration for naming and paths that is exposed to the outside
world. We can further optimize but this is a good start.
