From root-project/root@72b979a Prevents failures in offline builds that cannot fetch gtest. We now first look for gtest and suggest disabling testing if it is not found

@aaronj0 would it be beneficial for CppInterOp to have a ci job which simulates the case where it has no internet connection during the build? I think I can make such a job if needed. I would just need to know at what stage in the ci you want it to have no internet connection. |
