This way `zest.releaser` can append these changes on the release commit message and later this can be automatically extracted from that commit to generate a GitHub release.

zest.releaserthat use this.The clean up logic is a bit centric to
.rstfiles, but it could be (easily?) adapted to.mdfiles as well.Or maybe it is not even needed, to cut the release heading? Specially considering that one can use
jinjato format the change long differently.
