Refine knowledge-rag listing with Claude Code positioning and package metadata

This updates the knowledge-rag entry in the Knowledge Management section to match the requested positioning and metadata. The listing now explicitly reflects Claude Code usage while keeping the description concise for table scanning.

  • Updated the existing knowledge-rag row in README.md (Knowledge Management table).
  • Revised description to include:
    • Local RAG for Claude Code via MCP
    • Core capability summary (hybrid search, reranking, markdown-aware chunking, local/no external servers)
    • PyPI install command and compact author/license metadata (Lyon, MIT)
  • Kept scope to a single-line, documentation-only edit.
