!giphy will search on giphy !gif will look up in gifs.json
Predefined gifs
if url of predefined gif is array, we take a random gif from the array
be able to define Roles
They will be merged with the external gifs defined in gifs.json the internal gifs will all be usable with !gif filename *without the .gif extension*

in client/gif/ you can add gifs let's say "name.gif".
on startup this gif will be indexed and you can use !gif name and it will show the gif.
